Temporary Campus

IIM Sirmaur currently operates from its temporary campus at the Himachal Institute of Technology, Paonta Sahib in the Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Paonta Sahib is among the major industrial towns of Himachal Pradesh. The town is an important religious place for the Sikhs, and it attracts pilgrims from around the world. The campus is situated in a lush green region of the lower Himalayas. A five-minute walk from the campus will take one to the highly-venerated river Yamuna, as it gently meanders through the valley.

The campus is equipped with modern facilities and latest technology to provide an excellent learning environment for the students. The institute has state-of-the art classrooms equipped with overhead projectors and modern furniture, fully equipped conference rooms with video-conferencing facility, a 24x7 library and a computer lab with latest configuration machines as well as access to various software and databases.

IIM Sirmaur believes in holistic development of its students and provides excellent facilities for sports such as volleyball, cricket, lawn tennis, football, table tennis and badminton. Cycles are provided to the students for a quick ride to classrooms or for a leisurely tour of the whole campus. The students also have access an in-campus gym.
