Arushi is a graduate in Business and Commerce from the University of Delhi. Currently a research scholar at IIM Sirmaur, she is interested in exploring how insights from organizational science can enhance individual outcomes and sustain performance in modern workplaces. Prior to joining the Institute, Arushi has gained valuable experience as a communications professional and UNDP volunteer.
