Shri. Debashish Bhattacharjee | Professor of Practice | Public Policy | MBA (University of Delhi, B. Tech. (Civil Engineering) BITS, Pilani, With 40+ years of experience, before joining IIM Sirmaur, Mr. Bhattacharjee served in the United Nations Human Settlement Programme ( UN-Habitat) in its global headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, leading specifically in areas related to urban basic services such as urban mobility and waste management, contributing to initiatives in several countries that brought together, government, business and civil society. Previously, he has served with the Asian Development and the UK Department for International Development with a focus on infrastructure and basic services.
