Mr. Gupta discussed the rapid advancements in Insurtech, emphasizing how AI, blockchain, and data analytics are revolutionizing efficiency, transparency, and customer experience. He highlighted the role of smartphones in increasing insurance penetration and the growing importance of micro-insurance for financial inclusion.
